Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's best workplaces as measured by the Great Place to Work Institute. Based at our Aylsham site, we are currently recruiting temporary harvest workers to join our business on a full-time basis during the harvest season (July to September / October). The successful individual will coordinate and deliver high standards of production, quality/quantity, and customer service across grain storage and handling, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service to lorry drivers and farmers visiting the site
  • Taking seed samples from lorries
  • Conducting basic laboratory analysis of seed intake samples
  • Conducting basic laboratory analysis of inline production samples
  • Assisting with seed analysis
  • Assisting with general yard management
  • Performing general administration and record keeping
  • Maintaining cleanliness and operational areas

Skills and Experience:

No previous experience is required. This position is ideal for individuals studying agriculture or interested in pursuing a career in agriculture, offering an opportunity to work with the UK’s leading crop production and grain marketing business.
