Based at our Sandy site, we are currently recruiting harvest workers to join our team on a full-time temporary basis during the harvest season (July to September/October). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of production, quality, and customer service in grain storage and handling, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Moving IBC bulk bags from the packing line
• Loading IBC bulk bags onto curtainside vehicles
• Pre-inspection of forklift trucks daily
• Stock rotation
• Handling materials with appropriate PPE and cleaning spills promptly
• Assisting the site manager in maintaining health & safety standards on site
• Reporting environmental and H&S issues to the site manager or deputy immediately
• Working flexible 12-hour shifts when required

Skills and Experience:

Counterbalance forklift licence and experience are required.
