Job summary

Talent Agri is seeking a Harvest Manager for soft fruit operations in South East England. The role focuses on overseeing daily harvesting, coordinating schedules, and leading teams to meet productivity and quality targets. Accommodation is available, and the position is permanent full-time.

The candidate will manage labour, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and work with multiple teams to maximise efficiency and minimize waste in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous harvest management experience within commercial horticulture.
• Soft fruit harvesting experience highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
• Experience managing large seasonal teams.
• Good understanding of harvest planning and productivity.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal right to work in the UK or valid visa permitting employment.
