What's the job?

Confidently manage the outdoor plant area, setting an example for your team. Share your plant knowledge and help customers choose the best plants for their gardens. Oversee EPOS systems, manage POS materials, and ensure smooth department operations. Collaborate with your team to foster a positive work environment.

You'll be responsible for delivering excellent results and helping drive the centre forwards to achieve targets. Developing an excellent customer experience is a must too; you need to be committed to making the shopping experience as memorable as possible.
