Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple hardware or technology development projects.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, especially hardware/embedded systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and align diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: manage projects from initiation to closure within scope, time and budget.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Logistics, Finance HR, and IT.
• Planning & Execution: develop detailed project plans, resources and risk mitigation.
• Change Management: support organizational change initiatives and adoption of new processes.
• Prioritisation & Decision Making: navigate conflicting priorities and maintain momentum.
• Reporting & Communication: provide clear status updates to leadership and teams.
• Cost Control: monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Performance Monitoring: establish KPIs and track progress for continuous improvement.
