Our St Leonards-on-Sea site provides avionic mission computing systems for military jets, helicopters, and UAVs. We are developing next-generation high-performance, safety-critical mission computer systems to meet the needs of new aircraft platforms. These systems integrate aircraft, sensor, and store management systems with information and control systems for aircrew operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in hardware, electronics, or electronic systems engineering. Experience in defense, avionics, aerospace, or naval systems is preferred but not essential.
You should also possess:
Professional registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory. We support employees in attaining CEng status and offer further study assistance for degrees or master's qualifications.
Starting salary will depend on experience. We have positions for Senior Hardware Engineer and Principal Hardware Engineer.
This role offers flexible working options, including working from home and in-office presence (minimum 3 days per week), or fully in-office in St Leonards-on-Sea.
