A global communications company in the UK seeks a System Design Engineer to support Cyber and Information Assurance development. The role requires ownership of hardware design, high speed digital design capabilities, and the ability to communicate across teams. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electronic Engineering and have sole British Nationality for security clearance. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Viasat has transformed the market for assured Data at Rest solutions and is rapidly growing its business where we are looking for a System Design Engineer to work across multiple Cyber and Information Assurance (IA) development projects within Viasat Government. You will work on the development of leading-edge products and applications within the security and Cyber industry.
You will work in a fast-paced environment as part of a multi-disciplined team across all aspects of standard and bespoke secure digital design solutions. As a Hardware Engineer on our team, you will be involved in all aspects of a challenging and rewarding engineering role covering design, test production support and customer unit evaluation and commissioning.
Must havesole British Nationality (due to UK eyes-only projects), and have, or be capable of obtaining, UK security clearance (SC).
