Hardware Engineer - Audio Electronics

Join a growing audio technology company as an Audio Electronics Engineer and help the R&D team to design and build their award-winning audio processing products, used by engineers and creatives all over the world.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing mixed signal electronics systems
  • Translating functional requirements into PCBA implementation
  • PCB design and layout
  • Creating manufacturing files and documentation for PCB fabrication
  • Building prototypes and PCBAs
  • Collaborating with other engineers and developers to find the best solutions

This is a permanent role, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes visits to their central London office to get your hands on their amazing technology.

Requirements
  • Experience working on audio or music technology products
  • Good understanding of audio processing
  • Analogue and digital circuit design, with a focus on mixed-signal design
  • Full PCB design lifecycle, including functional specifications and manufacturing data
  • PCB design tools (Altium) and simulation software (SPICE)
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex electronics issues.
  • Experience using laboratory equipment for testing and validation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, network analysers)
  • Familiarity with product life cycle management
