The role focuses on developing AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with architects, and validating new AI-powered tooling at scale to transform daily engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with design verification methodology including RTL and testbench interfaces.
• Experience with debugging compile and simulation issues in verification flows.
• AI tooling fluency: using AI for engineering automation and tooling integration.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration to drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-based solutions for Hardware Verification automation.
• Curate/develop AI tooling integrations and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with Arm Engineering teams to capture real engineering needs and translate to requirements.
• Build prototypes and evaluate AI tools for feasibility and impact.
• Lead adoption through demos, onboarding guides, and removing blockers.
