Job summary

Warlord Games seeks a freelance Miniatures Designer specializing in digital non-organic CAD to craft hard-surface models such as vehicles, weapons and terrain components for our ranges. The role is based in Lenton, Nottingham and requires collaboration with production teams to ensure printable, production-ready files.

You will work from briefs and references, ensuring accurate scale, tolerances and clean file handover for tooling and casting.

Qualifications

• Create hard-surface digital models to agreed briefs.
• Work from approved Product Definitions, Creative Briefs, historical references, technical references, faction guides and product requirements.
• Design vehicles, weapons, machinery, armour, accessories, terrain components and related parts.
• Produce clean, practical files suitable for review, 3D printing, tooling or manufacture.
• Understand scale, wall thickness, printability, part separation, undercuts, tolerances and file preparation.
• Ensure models are correctly scaled, split, named and handed over.
• Respond constructively to creative and production feedback.
• Maintain consistency with existing ranges, factions, kits and visual language.
