Job description

Overview

Hard Services Manager - Student Accommodation - Brighton - £50k.

You will be responsible for the hard services delivery at an 800 bedroom / 208 kitchen student accommodation building in Brighton. Electrical maintenance is carried out by one direct report with mechanical maintenance picked up a mobile team and the rest is picked up by subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for hard services compliance, including managing and auditing subcontractors as well as reactive and planned maintenance.
• Manage approximately 1800 fire doors on site.

Contract details

This PFI contract is 4 years old with 46 years left to run.
