Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for events and hospitality? Hard Rock Hotel Malta is looking for a Conference & Meeting Sales Manager to lead our group and events sales efforts—delivering unforgettable experiences in true Hard Rock style.

Your Role:

As the Conference & Meeting Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through proactive sales, building strong client relationships, and coordinating seamless event execution in collaboration with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for conferences, meetings, and group events through proactive outreach and account management.
  • Respond to inquiries, create proposals, and convert leads into confirmed business.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor event solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Events, F&B, Operations) to ensure smooth planning and execution.
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and site inspections.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and CRM records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in conference, meetings, or group sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly organised.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
