Hard FM Team Leader

Are you an experienced Hard FM Team Leader looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of building services.

The Role

As the Hard FM Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

• Manage the site team and contractors to carry out maintenance and repairs on systems including heating boilers, pumps, compressed air, sanitary ware, lighting, BMS, distribution boards, and control panels.
• Ensure delivery of statutory, legislative, and mandatory electrical tasks to schedule.
• Work with subcontractors to complete inspections and remedial works.
• Provide real-time workflow updates via Digi Hub.
• Ensure tasks are completed to quality and compliance standards.
• Participate in out-of-hours and weekend/on-call rota as required.
• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Authorising Engineers (AEs), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Hard FM Team Leader, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification site experience
• Strong understanding of engineering standards and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Fit and active with a sound health record
• Full UK driving licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS systems
