Job summary

SWISCo Limited is seeking a professional Harbour Security Officer to join the busy Brixham Harbour security team. This permanent, on-site role covers 36 hours per week with day and night shifts on a 3-on 4-off cycle, ensuring a visible security presence and safe harbour operations.

You will work alongside Torbay Harbour staff, handle access control, monitor CCTV and support customers while upholding high standards of service and safety.

Job description

SWISCo is looking for a professional, reliable and customer-focused Security Enforcement Officer to join our high-performing Harbour Security Team.

Based primarily at the scenic Brixham Harbour, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, security and smooth operation of Torbay's busiest harbour. Working alongside Torbay Harbour staff, you will provide a highly visible security presence, assist harbour users and visitors, regulate vehicle and pedestrian access, monitor CCTV systems and support day-to-day harbour operations.

Your Key Duties:
