Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Newbury is seeking a Handyperson/Multi-Trader. You will work under the Project Manager and Site Manager, installing metal track and metal studs with a concrete board finish, and potentially dry lining plasterboard and carpentry items.

You must hold a valid CSCS card, own a selection of hand and power tools, and have at least two years of experience in general building. Excellent communication, reliability, and a proactive approach are essential for daily snag lists

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Own a selection of hand and power tools.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years of experience in General Building.

Responsibilities

• Install metal track and metal stud with a concrete board finish.
• Possibly dry lining plasterboard and carpentry items.
• Check drawings and set out works to be completed.
• Hand back snag sheets daily to show works completed.
