Job description

My client is seeking a skilled Handyperson/Maintenance Operative to join their team in the Manchester area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. You will be tasked with replacing lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed and moving office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials upon request.

This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the facility, ensuring it remains in optimal condition for all users.
