You are customer-focused, flexible, and respectful of older people's rights and independence. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential. Skills in building maintenance are required, including repairs to doors and windows, fitting locks, shelves, miscellaneous carpentry, minor plumbing repairs, and redecorations.
