Handyman (M/F) required in Taunton to join our client's team on a new build housing site. Reporting to the Site Manager, the daily duties will involve working through snag lists to prepare plots for handover. There will also be customer care tasks, such as repairing defects in occupied properties.

Role & Responsibilities for Handyman (M/F):

• Patching and filling
• Painting
• Basic carpentry (adjusting doors and cabinets)
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Reporting progress and additional snags/defects to the Site Manager
