Job Description: Maintenance Team Member

Join our experienced maintenance team to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of our properties' outdoor spaces and interiors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Assisting with garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep landscapes in pristine condition.
2. Conducting painting tasks both indoors and outdoors, including walls, fences, doors, and structures, to maintain aesthetic appeal and weather protection.
3. Supporting various duties such as minor repairs, installations, and general maintenance to uphold property functionality and appearance.
4. Collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion.
5. Adhering to safety protocols to promote a secure working environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in gardening, painting, or handyman work is preferred.
• Basic understanding of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
• Physical stamina for tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
