Job Description:

Tiger Private is looking for an experienced live-out Handyman /Gardener for one of our top private clients, to work over several properties based in Chelsea, London.

The client is looking for someone experienced, energetic, and flexible and who has great initiative.
These are large properties that consist of gardens, tennis courts and a swimming pool.

Main duties will include:

• Jet washing patios
• Cleaning tennis courts & Pool cleaning
• Window cleaning (if required)
• Small paint jobs
• Installing household appliances
• Minor plumbing services
• Changing lightbulbs/fuses
• Checking boilers and radiators
• General upkeep of the property
• Meeting all contractors on site

The chosen candidate will work across the Principals 4/5 properties.
Experience working for UHNW clients is a must.

This will predominantly be a Monday-Friday role, however on occasion rare weekend cover may be required.
