Job Title: Fabric Technician/ Handyman

Location: Swindon

Contract: Facilities Company

Salary: 25 to 26K

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician/Handyman with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, currently seeking a Handyman to join a team on a static retail contract around the Swindon area. The salary is between 25K and 26K, working 40 hrs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing repairs and installations
  • Carpentry work
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • General maintenance and repairs as required

  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:
