Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is supporting a large Facilities Management client in Greater Manchester who seeks an experienced Mobile Maintenance Handyperson to cover a portfolio of buildings. The role is permanent with a company vehicle and fuel card, offering on-call opportunities and long-term progression.

You will perform planned and reactive fabric maintenance, carry out PPMs, diagnose faults, undertake basic repairs, and ensure safety and quality while building strong relationships with on-site clients.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or handyperson experience.
• Experience carrying out PPM works.
• Good general building and fabric maintenance knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Location: Greater Manchester – Mobile
Salary: £27,050 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Benefits
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, 40 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate or notice period

Our client, a large Facilities Management company, is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Handyperson to join their team, covering a portfolio of 16 buildings across Greater Manchester.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a company vehicle, fuel card, overtime, on-call opportunities and long-term progression.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the portfolio, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative maintenance (PPM)
• General building fabric maintenance
• Diagnosing and rectifying fabric faults
• Basic repairs and general handyperson duties
• Completing work safely and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with clients on site
