Responsibilities

• Carrying out painting, decorating, and general repairs
• Installing fixtures and fittings as required
• Performing regular maintenance checks and audits
• Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are met
• Assembling and moving furniture
• Organising and running fire drills
• Tackling day-to-day maintenance tasks to keep the home in good condition

What we\'re looking for

• A practical, hands-on individual with good problem-solving skills
• Experience in general maintenance or handyman work (preferred but not essential)
• A valid driver\'s license and access to a car (some local travel may be required)
