Job summary

A leading company is seeking a skilled Handyman to manage maintenance and repairs across properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing, joinery, and plastering, along with a strong emphasis on communication skills. This is a full-time role, offering £17 per hour, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS certification required.
• Experience in plumbing, joinery, and plastering is essential.
• NVQs in related fields are desirable.

Job Title: Handyman

Pay: GBP17 per hour

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00

Location: Salford

Main Duties Include

1. Setting priorities for maintenance and repairs
2. Carrying out repairs to building fabric
3. Performing a range of odd jobs as an all-round handyman
4. Good communication skills, able to follow clear instructions
5. Working with external contractors
