Job summary

Parkside in Stoke Poges, England is looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to support busy warehouse operations. You will receive deliveries, prepare goods for dispatch, move items between locations, and ensure accurate paperwork.

You will dispatch orders, handle courier queries, perform regular stock takes, maintain tidy areas, manage shelves and returns, and assist with quality checks prior to despatch. A hands-on, team-oriented approach and ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in goods in/inbound processing.
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Ability to use Excel/Outlook for documentation.
• Forklift licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and book in deliveries to the warehouse.
• Prepare goods for factory dispatch and check paperwork.
• Move goods to and from the factory.
• Dispatch orders with labels and delivery notes.
• Manage courier queries and stock in the warehouse.
• Regular stock takes and keep area tidy per Health & Safety.
• Manage stock on shelves and sold items area.
• Assist in returns to suppliers and in quality checks prior to despatch.
• Pick and pack orders.
