Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Stoke-on-Trent to help manage stock and prepare orders for dispatch.

Shifts run Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am. You will pick, pack, load/unload vehicles, perform stock checks, and keep the warehouse safe and tidy while hitting daily targets with the team.

No formal experience required, but attention to detail, good communication, and physical fitness are important; MHE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
• MHE equipment experience desirable.
• High Volume Picking and Packing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing products for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
