Manza is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead delivery of digital products for internal and client projects. You will coordinate designers, developers, and product leads, drive milestones, budgets, and quality, and ensure timely launches with user-focused outcomes.

In this hybrid role based in the UK, you’ll shape delivery processes, manage cross-functional teams, and continuously improve ways of working while keeping stakeholders aligned and projects on track.

Qualifications

• Lead the delivery of digital products from kickoff to launch, ensuring clear milestones, accountability, and quality.
• Work across internal and client-facing projects, managing teams, timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Set up and improve delivery processes that help projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Track build progress, flag risks early, and keep all stakeholders in the loop.
• Ensure product builds are scalable, stable, user-friendly, and aligned with UX best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product leads to bring ideas to life in a structured and timely way.
