Job summary

Tri-Talent Resourcing partners with a fast-growing food-to-go manufacturer to appoint a senior Technical Manager for its London and Home Counties operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring a visible presence on the factory floor to drive standards and deliver change.

You will own the site technical strategy covering food safety, legality, quality, and retailer standards, leading a Technical & Quality team while collaborating with Operations and Commercial to support future retail

Qualifications

• Hands-on, visible factory leadership on the shop floor.
• Strong technical leadership in chilled, high-care, ready-to-eat manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site Technical & Quality team.
• Strengthen traceability, technical systems and routines.
• Drive standards and behaviours across the factory floor.
• Own BRC, retailer standards, audits and customer relationships.
• Strengthen supplier controls, metal detection and traceability.
• Rebuild the relationship between Technical and Operations.
• Lead change to move standards forward.
