Job summary

Catering is seeking an HR Manager for an exclusive opportunity. The role covers day-to-day HR across c.250 employees with ad-hoc UK travel, predominantly onsite with some home-working flexibility. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people priorities and lead the HR function across multiple sites.

The role requires a commercially minded HR professional who is hands-on, credible, autonomous and capable of influencing the business while managing operations and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a standalone HR Manager across multiple sites.
• Strong generalist HR and ER experience.
• Proven stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, hands-on generalist HR service across the business.
• Advise on complex Employee Relations matters.
• Coach managers to build people capability.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver key people priorities.
• Support organisational change and projects.
• Review and improve HR policies and processes.
• Support recruitment, retention, talent and workforce planning.
• Utilise people data to identify priorities and inform decisions.
• Drive employee engagement and contribute to culture.
• Balance immediate needs with longer-term HR strategy.
