Compass Group UK&I ESS is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for RAF Valley to lead our catering operation. This hands-on role focuses on daily feeding and function events, while developing a dedicated kitchen team in a fast-paced, structured environment.

You’ll manage food preparation, ensure high standards of hygiene and safety, control stock and budgets, and deliver consistent, high-quality meals for service personnel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Chef role.
• Ability to lead from the front and work alongside the team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure in a high-volume catering environment.

• Preparing and delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for Service Personnel
