Job summary

The Property Buying Company is seeking an ambitious, hands-on Sales Team Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced cash property buying environment. You will coach, develop and performance-manage the team while remaining active on the phones, progressing opportunities and helping to close deals.

You will build a high-performing culture, run daily huddles, manage KPIs and pipelines, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimise processes and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to coach in real time.
• Experience in managing performance and developing sales teams.
• Comfortable on the phones and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in target-driven sales such as property or financial services would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to deliver conversion, revenue and customer-service targets
• Take calls, manage live opportunities and support deal progression
• Coach in real time, listen to calls and give clear, constructive feedback
• Run daily performance huddles, 1:1s and structured training
• Manage pipelines, KPIs and team activity, using data to improve performance
• Handle escalated customer conversations with empathy and commercial judgement
• Work with senior leadership to strengthen sales processes and drive growth
• Build an accountable, supportive, high-performing culture
