Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to oversee retail warehouse store fit-out projects across London and surrounding areas. The role requires a practical, hands-on leader who can manage site teams and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a joinery or construction trade background, strong communication, and a proactive approach. Mandatory qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, and UKATA Asbestos

Qualificações

• Experience as Site Manager in retail/commercial fit-out.
• Joinery or construction trade background desired.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site activities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day site running.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure progress safely and to programme.
• Maintain health, safety, housekeeping, cleanliness.
• Work with project management and subcontractors.
• Monitor workmanship to standards.
• Provide hands-on support to site teams.
• Complete and maintain site paperwork and RAMS.
• Ensure activities comply with RAMS and safety.
• Communicate with client and project team.
