Euro Projects Recruitment - Engineering, Manufacturing & Technology in Coalville, Leicestershire is seeking a Quality Engineer or Quality Inspector for a hands-on manufacturing quality role. You will conduct inspections, verify drawings against products, and drive improvements with the production team.

Experience with height gauges and verniers is preferred, and a CNC/fabrication background aligns with the needs of a small, collaborative team. The position is site-based with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality inspections in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with height gauges, verniers and metrology tools.
• Preferably from CNC/fabrication background with practical mindset.

Responsabilités

• Carry out and oversee hands-on quality inspections of components, fabrications, assemblies and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Verify products conform to drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Perform first-off, in-process and final inspections as required.
• Review existing quality control procedures and processes to identify improvements.
• Work with production and engineering teams to improve process capability and overall quality.
