Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a hands-on Program Manager for delivery performance and governance systems in West London. The role is hybrid, with 1–2 days onsite and a London location, offering market-rate terms outside IR35 for an initial 3–6 month contract starting in September.

You will own the delivery plan and governance across portfolios, build dashboards, and work directly in Jira/Jira Align, with no direct reports and a focus on practical, artifact-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• PM experience applied to live operational capability.
• Hands-on governance and artefacts produced by you.
• Jira and Jira Align power user; capable of configuring, not just consuming.
• Vendor performance management with tier-1 partners.
• Credibility with heads of functions and vendor managers.
• Delivery through influence, not authority.
• Nice to have: SAFe/PI planning exposure, Power BI dashboards, finance data integration.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery plan for evolving performance and service metrics framework; include SharePoint, Jira Align reporting, and finance data transfer to Jira.
• Maintain governance cadence with Leadership, Tribe Heads, Agile Coach, and Dev team; manage RAID log and escalation routes.
• Onboard new teams and vendors to the standard metrics and SLAs; scope legitimate variants to delivered Jira/dashboard changes.
• Hold tier-1 vendors to SLAs through structured reviews and escalation; push back on exceptions.
