Job summary

SRG is seeking a hands-on Production and Quality Technician for our West Yorkshire site. You will balance quality control with production planning, materials management and stock control to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, production planning, manufacturing, or stock control.
• Strong organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Willing and able to work stood up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on the production/factory floor.
• Strong communication skills and can relay information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality checks across raw materials, production, and finished goods to ensure standards are met.
• Support production scheduling, helping align output with customer demand and forecasts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering to keep materials flowing without disruption.
• Track production progress, highlighting risks or delays before they impact delivery.
• Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Oversee goods in/out processes, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and efficient storage.
• Contribute to process improvements across planning, quality, and stock control.
