New Appointments Group in Lympne is seeking a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This hands-on, physical role covers different stages of the production process with full training provided. The position is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. The job involves manual handling, operating machinery, keeping the area clean, and following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Comfortable undertaking physical work and manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn new skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely around machinery.
• A good eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training is provided.
• The role involves manual handling of large materials, with team lifting required where appropriate.

Responsibilities
