Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a permanent Production Operative in Daventry to join a growing manufacturing business. The role focuses on weighing, blending and operating production equipment with full training provided.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, with good numeracy and attention to detail, and able to work overtime, early starts, and occasional Saturdays. Salary is £13.57 per hour, 40 hours per week, with regular overtime and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or blending environments.
• Good numeracy and clear written/verbal communication.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist weighing, measuring and blending of raw materials.
• Operate production equipment and tanks safely and efficiently.
• Record production data accurately and maintain logs.
• Label materials and store them properly.
• Lift sacks and drums of materials as required.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards and meet targets.
