• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.

• Physically capable of performing the duties.
• Eligible to work in Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manufacturing activities in line with procedures.
• Operate production machinery following training.
• Assist in maximizing machine efficiency and output.
• Inspect in-process and finished products for quality.
• Work with Site Supervisor to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records (manual/electronic).
• Follow health and safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Support product deliveries to customers when required.
• Contribute to process improvements and housekeeping.
