Job summary

Manpower Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative / Machine Operator to support manufacturing of customer orders at various stages of the production process in Banbury. You will work daytime hours, Monday to Friday, and need your own transport due to limited public transport.

Tasks include cutting, moulding, sanding and spraying materials, sorting MDF boards, and packaging/orders. The role requires accuracy, teamwork and adherence to schedules with a reasonable level of fitness for handling

Qualifications

• Hard working, self motivated and reliable individual.
• Friendly with a positive attitude and good team ethic.
• Able to work without constant supervision and follow schedules to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and good timekeeping.
• Good personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with cutting, moulding, sanding and spraying materials for customer orders.
• Sorting and placing MDF boards or items onto tables and racks.
• Packaging and labelling orders for delivery or collection in line with the production schedule.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, focusing on efficiency, accuracy and quality standards.
• Handle materials and finished products; maintain fitness for safe task performance.
