Job summary

Amazon Logistics is offering an Operations & Logistics Internship across multiple UK locations, including Wales and Cardiff. You will work on high-priority projects, analyze data for improvements, and test solutions in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.

As a participant, you’ll gain exposure to end-to-end operations, participate in learning sessions, and have the opportunity for graduate roles or additional internships. Relocation support and competitive monthly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Currently in penultimate or final year pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Eligible for a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to a high standard and delivering results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in briefings and leadership discussions.
• Navigate the workspace and move between areas as needed for the role.
• Display flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.
