JMTechnical Group is seeking a multi-skilled Mechanical Technician to support the build, assembly, and manufacture of bespoke machinery and mechanical systems. This hands-on, workshop-based role focuses on fabrication, assembly, installation, and practical problem-solving.

You’ll work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to turn designs into robust, real-world machines. The position offers an autonomous, craft-focused environment with clear drawings to build from.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on mechanical skills.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery (press brakes, laser cutters or similar).
• Confident with hand and power tools.
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and as-built docs.
• Practical problem-solving mindset and attention to build quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fabricate and assemble mechanical structures and machine assemblies.
• Operate fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Assemble equipment from as-built and manufacturing drawings.
• Support installation, alignment and commissioning of machinery.
