Permanent Futures Limited is seeking a reliable Maintenance Operative to perform repairs and routine maintenance on modular buildings across London. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, with opportunities to undertake joinery, roofing and plumbing tasks as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar trade role.
• Practical fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing tasks.
• Good communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude.
• Willingness to travel between sites across London.
• Joinery, roofing or plumbing experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with modular or portable buildings would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Complete general repairs to keep modular buildings safe, functional and well presented.
• Undertake joinery, roofing and plumbing repairs within your skills and experience.
• Identify maintenance issues and report any work requiring specialist attention.
• Work safely and keep tools, materials and work areas organised.
