Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is looking for a Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing to lead the maintenance team at their facility near Biggleswade. You will oversee planned, preventive and reactive maintenance, drive equipment reliability and supervise engineers on multiple projects.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 07:30–16:00, with a £45,000–£50,000 salary plus flexitime, training and benefits. Candidates should have electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge and be prepared to work hands-on

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Looking for management or experience in maintenance management.
• Must be able to commute to Biggleswade.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team and manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Oversee installation of new machinery and improvements.
