Job summary

B&S Group is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Site Operational Excellence Lead to drive Lean and Continuous Improvement across the site. This is not a desk role; you will be visibly working with teams, observing processes and delivering measurable improvements while upholding safety and compliance.

You will coach managers and Lean champions to sustain gains and embed the B&S Kaizen system. You will spend time across operations, identify waste and bottlenecks, lead improvement events, and turn

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in Lean, Operational Excellence or Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in a complex operation.
• Experience coaching and developing operational teams to sustain gains.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time across operational areas to spot problems firsthand.
• Lead Kaizen events, rapid improvement projects and structured problem solving.
• Turn opportunities into clear plans with baselines, targets, owners and deadlines.
• Drive projects through implementation and sustainment to improve productivity, quality, cost and lead times.
• Embed the Lean Kaizen system across the site in collaboration with operations, quality and engineering.
