Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day IT function and ensure technology supports the wider business. You will work closely with the Director and external IT partners to maintain infrastructure and drive improvements.

You will manage ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory, while providing hands-on user support and ensuring business continuity.

Qualifications

• ERP systems experience (Orderwise or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on IT support experience in a business environment.
• Experience working with third-party IT providers and vendors.
• Ability to identify and implement system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day IT function across the business.
• Support the ERP system, Microsoft 365 and other key business applications.
• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and IT infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on support for users, hardware, software and technical issues.
• Work with external IT providers on upgrades, cybersecurity and business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvements to systems, processes and the overall IT environment.
