Qualifications

• Must have experience in IT hardware and software support.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications is required.
• Ability to gain OEM and standard IT accreditations is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage all incoming IT assets.
• Inspect, test, clean, and configure IT equipment.
• Organise and manage service tickets effectively.
• Prepare new and repaired hardware for deployment.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Liaise with internal teams and supervisors for issue escalation.
• Support process improvements across the workshop.
