Job summary

Carnegie Clubs (International) Ltd at Skibo Castle, Highland, seeks a Gardens Supervisor to lead the Gardens team and maintain high horticultural standards. You’ll plan daily work, mentor staff, and ensure safe, efficient garden operations while upholding Skibo’s values and guest experience.

Reporting to Head Gardener, you’ll oversee the Walled Garden, Croft, glasshouses and borders, fostering a culture of quality, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a previous Supervisor role, with ability to motivate and develop a team.
