Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Chiswick is seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to perform planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across the corporate campus. You will carry out carpentry, decorating, plastering, flooring, and minor building works while ensuring safety and high presentation standards.

You will support office moves, work with subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service. DBS check will be required at offer stage.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fabric Technician, Building Maintenance or Facilities Management.
• Strong building fabric skills including carpentry and general maintenance.
• Experience in commercial or corporate environments preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Proactive and attentive to detail.
• NVQ in a relevant trade.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the site.
• Undertake general repairs including carpentry, painting/decorating, plastering and minor building works.
• Maintain doors, locks, ceilings, walls and internal finishes.
• Assist with office moves, small projects and workplace modifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and report defects.
• Support subcontractors and engineers as required.
• Ensure all work is safe and in line with procedures.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service.
