Job summary

A growing UK food manufacturer, Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to support a highly automated production facility. This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on engineering expertise with people management responsibility in a busy, regulated environment.

You will lead a small team of engineers on shift, perform PPMs and breakdowns, and maintain industrial machinery to keep lines running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience in a highly automated production facility is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Majority of the work is hands on.
• PPMs and breakdowns of machinery.
• Responsible for a small team of engineers on shift.
