Qualifications

• Proven experience in a cyber security or infrastructure security role.
• Strong understanding of security principles, threat detection and risk-based thinking.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability management tools and detection technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, develop and optimise SIEM and threat detection systems.
• Investigate security incidents, coordinating response and containment.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and support remediation across the IT estate.
• Implement secure configurations with infrastructure and technical teams.
• Support and maintain security policies, procedures and controls.
• Align with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Deliver user awareness initiatives such as phishing simulations and training.
• Stay updated on threats and improve security posture.
• Support disaster recovery, backup and data protection strategies.
